SUMMER VACATION FUN!
How is your summer going? What is working for your campers and what isn't?
This is the perfect time to re-evaluate and tweak routines, projects, et cetera. Make a quick list. For example: going well for us- independence/ responsibility, reading, library programs/ outings, seeing friends, baking/ cooking, very little TV, lots of outside time and exercise. Not going so well for us- school projects (math packets, grammar review), co-counselor board, posting/ using week themes.
So regroup; change or eliminate what is not working, add into this week something you feel important. Read through our Camp M.O.M. pages if you need a hand brainstorming.
